I am a seasoned light packer, but I learned a few things from the videos and example packing lists that I can immediately use on my next trip. I wasn't expecting as many little tips, tricks and recipes as I got in this course. It is SO practical if you want to minimize your toiletries and make-up. It's wonderful if that's your goal because if reducing is your goal, this will teach you how to do it.
